Abstract:Zn–Al–Mg coatings contain Zn phase and Zn/Mg–Zn, Zn/Al, and Zn/Al/Mg–Zn eutectics. The formation and evolution of corrosion products on different eutectics that affect the corrosion resistance of Zn–Al–Mg coatings require further exploration.
