Abstract:Material‐networked conduction paths provide nonlinear electronic properties, which are essential components of computing and physically mimic the brain. In this study, the formation of conjugated polymer monolayer networks and their nonlinear charge transport is demonstrated. Poly(3‐hexylthiophene) (P3HT) monolayer networks doped with 2,3,5,6‐tetrafluoro‐7,7,8,8‐tetracyanoquinodimethane (F4TCNQ) is fabricated using the co‐spread method with an amphiphilic liquid crystal molecule at the air–water interface.
