Abstract:Transmission electron microscope (TEM) tomography is a useful technique for visualizing threedimensional (3D) structures of materials and nano-devices. A 3D image is reconstructed from a tilt series, which is a set of images collected at different tilt angles over a large angular range. To acquire accurate 3D images, it is important to align precisely the tilt series before reconstruction. A fiducial marker method is a typical method for carrying out alignments [1]. In the method, colloidal gold nano-particles… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
