В статье исследуются вопросы формирования состава третейского суда, анализируется новый вид неискового производства, связанный с оказанием содействия третейским судам, дается критическая оценка возможности назначения арбитров государственными судами. The article examines the issues of the formation of the composition of the arbitration court, analyzes a new type of non-litigation proceedings associated with rendering assistance to arbitration courts, gives a critical assessment of the possibility of appointing arbitrators by state courts.
