The objective of this research is to identify whether there is an association between sustainability and organizational management strategies in uncertain environments in micro and small enterprises. For this purpose, a survey was applied to 377 directors of MSEs in Bogota. To carry out the correlation, two dependent variables were considered: 1) sustainability and 2) organizational strategic management. Uncertainty was considered as an independent variable. Each of these variables was compared to different components. Empirical evidence of the relationship between uncertainty and organizational management and sustainability is shown, no correlation is found between the uncertainty variable and the main strategy variable of the company or between the main strategy of the company and the main problem of the company. There is a slight negative correlation between the uncertainty variable and the main problem variable of the company. Finally, a moderate positive correlation is found between the uncertainty variable and the sustainability and organizational management variable.
