Abstract:Since straw mushrooms (Volvariella volvacea (Bull) Singer) have a very substantial antioxidant activity with an IC50 of 5.828 ppm, they have the potential to be turned into cosmetics, one of which is a gel peel-off mask. Peel-off gel masks are easy to apply, hydrate, and soften the skin on the face. The yield of the extracted material is 14.2%; the water content is 15.660.57; and the total amount of ash is 10.161.03.
