Abstract:Quinoa seeds (Chenopodium quinoa Willd.) have grown in interest due to their naturally occurring phytochemicals and antioxidants. It was stated that it has a powerful anticancer effect against human colorectal cancer. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to analyze the quinoa oil fatty acids.
