Abstract:Crohn's disease is a chronic idiopathic inflammatory bowel disease that can affect any part of the gastrointestinal tract. Perianal symptoms are seen in one-third of Crohn's disease cases, with perianal abscesses leading to Fournier's gangrene being extremely rare.
