Fourth ventricle roof angle as a measure of fourth ventricle bowing and a radiographic predictor of brainstem dysfunction in Chiari malformation type I

Abstract: OBJECTIVE Chiari malformation type I (CM-I) is a congenital and developmental abnormality that results in tonsillar descent 5 mm below the foramen magnum.
