Abstract:Rosai–Dorfman disease (RDD) or sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy can present with or without systemic disease. It is a benign histioproliferative disorder characterized by generalized lymphadenopathy, weakness, anemia, and rarely extranodal involvement.
