Abstract:Zionism led him to Israel. In 1959 he moved to Jerusalem and the Hadassah Hospital as Chairman of Urology. Within a short time he became the leader of the entire urological community. Many of his students became the leaders and chairmen throughout the country. It was here that he perfected a new approach to the Retropubic Prostatectomy, which was soon adopted as the "gold standard".
