Fractional stochastic heat equation with piecewise constant coefficients

Abstract: We introduce a fractional stochastic heat equation with second order elliptic operator in divergence form, having a piecewise constant diffusion coefficient, and driven by an infinite-dimensional fractional Brownian motion.
