Abstract:Study and separating of crude oil components from Al-Rashidiya field-Eastern Baghdad-Iraq was achieved. Samples were taken and separated into two important parts Asphaltene and Maltin (saturated, aromatic and resin). The separation was done by organic solvent such as n-hexane.
