Caracterização funcional e estrutural de inibidores de fosfolipases A2 isolados do plasma de serpente Bothrops jararacussu

“…A junção dos inibidores α e γ na suplementação do soro antibotrópico mostrou inibição de 78%, 85% e 86%, quando comparado ao grupo controle, entretanto não exibiu diferença significativa em relação aos inibidores utilizados isoladamente na suplementação SOARES et al, 1998;ANDRIÃO-ESCARSO et al, 2000), demonstrando ser um método eficaz para a obtenção destas proteínas.
