Fracture Analysis and Local Mechanical Properties of Copper Processed by Ecar

Abstract: The work deals with fracture analysis of oxygen free high conductivity (OFHC) copper after tensile testing done at the room temperature. The samples for testing were severely plastically deformed by equal channel angular rolling (ECAR) process, 1 to 33 ECAR passes were performed.
