Fragmentation of pooled PCR products for highly multiplexed TILLING

Abstract: Improvements to massively parallel sequencing have allowed the routine recovery of natural and induced sequence variants. A broad range of biological disciplines have benefited from this, ranging from plant breeding to cancer research.
