Framework of the mediating effect of organizational climate on the relationship between leadership practices and innovative work behavior

Abstract: Innovation is believed as momentum factor for organization to change and to sustain. The innovation itself needs power of leader's influence to activate the capacity of human capital in order to be innovative.
