Recently, we analyzed the case of diffraction from the slit for the situation of radiation penetration into anisotropic media with an open surface of wave vectors, which also have extraordinary optical properties [11]. Taking into account the features of light diffraction into a material medium is very important in the problems of creating new micron and nanosized structures using optical diffraction and X-ray methods, as well as for optical diffraction analysis of various materials, including modern nanoscopy.…”
