Abstract: Free Carrier Absorption in CdS,Se,,, Single Crystals BY M. P. LISITSA (a), Z. A. DEMIDENKO (b), V. N. MALINKO (a), E. V. PIDLISNYI (a), M. YA. VALAKH (a), and N. I. VITRIKHOVSKII (a) Free electron absorption in single crystals of CdS and CdSe, as well as in CdS,Sel-, solid solutions ( r = 0.80, 0.58, 0.43, 0.36, 0.31, 0.21), has been investigated at Hall concentrations N = 2 x 10l6 to 2 x loL9 cm-3 in the temperature interval T = 80 to 450 OK.
