Free Energy Profile of APOBEC3G Protein Calculated by a Molecular Dynamics Simulation

Abstract: The human APOBEC3G protein (A3G) is a single-stranded DNA deaminase that inhibits the replication of retrotransposons and retroviruses, including HIV-1.
