Free flap reconstruction for osteoradionecrosis of the jaws—Outcomes and predictive factors for success

Abstract: An increased risk of complication was encountered with greater time from XRT to ORN. Thus, in patients developing ORN long after treatment, surgery should be accordingly more aggressive.
