Free gracilis muscle transfer with anastomosis of its major to minor pedicle for reconstruction of a popliteal fossa defect: a case report

Abstract

The authors describe a novel case where the gracilis muscle was used to reconstruct a popliteal defect with the muscle’s own minor pedicle being used for microsurgical anastomosis.
