Frequência semanal de treino como um fator associado a dependência ao exercício em atletas recreacionais

Abstract: Este estudio transversal tuvo como objetivo investigar el papel predictivo de la edad, la frecuencia de entrenamiento y el tiempo de práctica en el grado de dependencia del ejercicio (DE) de los atletas recreativos. participaron 159 atletas recreativos de atletismo, musculación y crossfit, con una edad media de 31.59 ± 7.98 años, del estado de Pernambuco.
