Frequency and severity of retinopathy of prematurity in a neonatal intensive care unit

Abstract: The ROP incidence reported in developed countries is highly variable: it ranges from 9.3 to 68 %. [12][13][14][15][16][17] There are only few reports on the incidence of ROP in Mexico. In the studies that have been carried out in different centers it ranges from 13.3 to 30 %. [18][19][20][21]
