Frequency of feline leukemia virus (FeLV) in southern aburrá valley, Colombia (2013-2018)

Abstract: The feline leukemia virus (FeLV), causes a fatal disease for the Felidae family and is one of the main retroviral diseases in felines, and therefore has a diagnostic and preventive interest in animal health. Objective: of the study was to determine the frequency of FeLV by being diagnosed in four municipalities in the south of the Aburrá Valley, Colombia, using the records of the area diagnostic centers.
