Frequency properties of a Darlington composite transistor

Abstract

In this paper the analysis of frequency properties of a. Darlington composite transistor is given and such of its frequencies as alpha cut-off frequency, beta cut-off frequency and high-frequency power gain urc obtained. It is shown that in the CB configuration the 1«(/)I function of this device has an extremum value greater than one.
