Frequent Dilatation of the Descending Aorta in Children With Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome Relates to Decreased Aortic Arch Elasticity

Abstract: BackgroundPatients with hypoplastic left heart syndrome after a Norwood operation show dilatation and reduced distensibility of the reconstructed proximal aorta.
