Abstract: Sigmund Freud a toujours voulu que la psychanalyse soit arrimée à la pratique thérapeutique. Quels qu'aient été ses espoirs d'ériger une théorie systématique de l'esprit, celle-ci devait pouvoir répondre des efforts permanents des analystes pour modifier et réparer les esprits.
