This study aims to understand the messages, methods, and strategies carried out by puppeteers in changing the traditional da'wah format into an interesting and memorable art performance. Descriptive qualitative research was used to collect data, using observation, interviews, and content analysis of art performances performed by Ki Dalang Ulin Nuha. The research findings show the use of various strategies by Ki Dalang Ulin Nuha to deliver da'wah messages to the audience in his art performances, incorporating contemporary innovations such as the use of media & technology, music, sholawat, and interactive dialog with the audience. In addition, Ki Dalang Ulin Nuha also uses straightforward language and relates strict messages to everyday life. The modification of da'wah through Ki Dalang Ulin Nuha's art performances intends to reach and impact various levels of society. Ki Dalang Ulin Nuha's art performances attract audiences of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults. The implication of this research is that the modification of da'wah through art performances can be an effective strategy in spreading religious messages to the wider community and can be used as a rol model in preaching that is not monotonous. Da'wah grows through larger art performances and inspires puppeteers and other artists to spread religious messages effectively, positively and attractively.

Digital da'wah (“issuing a summons,” “invitation,” or “call” in Arabic), can potentially significantly impact society by increasing accessibility to Islamic teachings, fostering communities, and empowering individuals. Da'wah methods are often subjected to change considering the time, place and context. There are no limits to the way of doing Da'wah, however, at all times one should keep his intention free from evil. Increased accessibility by shifting from face-to-face to digital preaching allows for a more comprehensive reach of Islamic teachings. This article examines how digital da'wah and theological discussions conducted by Habib Husein Ja'far Al Hadar to Indonesian society have been received. Public interest in the preaching model delivered by Habib Husein Ja'far Al Hadar has raised a lot of debate and enthusiasm from various religious circles. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative one with a literature study undertaken. The results showed that some of the prophetic da'wah contained in the Al-Quran include Qaulan Sadidan, Qaulan Baliighan, Qaulan Masyuuran, Qaulan Layyinan, Qaulan Kariiman, and Qaulan Ma'ruufan. Da'wah in the digital era has a profound significance as it allows religious messages to spread widely and quickly. However, despite its great benefits, anonymity and lack of supervision in the digital world can trigger the spread of extremist views or promote radical groups. Meanwhile, the da'wah model utilised by Habib Ja'far as a cleric aims to remind people about religious values, goodness, and correct behaviour. This reminder helps maintain religious awareness in everyday life.

The transformation of da'wah from time to time has entered the joints of technology. Da'wah, primarily conducted face-to-face, has now turned digital, especially through social media such as Instagram. @Ngajikyaigusbaha is an Instagram account that engages in da'wah activities through videos. The contents are delivered using video compilations of da'wah by Gus Baha. They are conveyed in an attractive and straightforward visual presentation, making it easier and more understandable for the audience. This research's objective is to find out and analyze the forms of digital da'wah trends on the @ngajikyaigusbaha account. This research data was collected from virtual interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using cyber media analysis, including four unit levels; media space, media archive, media object, and experience. The results showed the digital da'wah trend on the @ngajikyaigusbaha account at each level as follows: 1) The media space level; the da'wah adopted the preaching of Gus Baha and gained 93,6 thousand followers. 2) The media document level; the content contains the real-life phenomenon within society in videos, either in video recordings or attractive visuals, up to 3-4 contents in a day covering messages of aqidah, morality, and syariah. 3) Media object level; there are interactions between users and admins. 4) Media experience level; the uploaded contents are relevant to real life and experienced by almost all followers.
