From "community" to "commercial" FLOSS

Abstract: Abstract-This paper qualitatively documents how the decision of the largest UK e-learning provider to adopt Moodle had an effect on this FLOSS system. The study of its evolution provides evidence of the success of this project: increasing amounts of provided effort by developers correspond to similarly increasing produced outputs to the Moodle system.
