This collective publication was created by the DARIAH (Digital Research Infrastructure for the Humanities and Arts) Working Group on Research Data Management. Firstly, it outlines research data management policies issued by the European Union as well as by some European countries (Belgium, France, Germany and Poland), Secondly, it describes how Arts and Humanities and Cultural Heritage professionals got engaged with research data management. Thirdly, it brings together case studies about a.o. multilingualism, open badges, authentication & authorisation, long-term digital archiving.
