The phenomenon of having a word on the tip-of-the-tongue (TOT) is an inherent psychological experience that emerges from an unsuccessful cognitive effort aimed at finding the right word to express a specific thought. From a Vygotskian perspective, this can be understood as a dynamic relationship between psychological processes that evolves over time, especially between thought and language, with these functions at times intersecting and later bifurcatingeven aligning in parallel -during microgenetic human development. Following Vygotsky's postulates, in this article we explore the TOT experience as an episodic gap between thought and language during daily psychological activity. Then, the notion of metacognition in psychology is adjunctly revisited and reviewed. Based on theoretical developments on the notion of feeling-of-knowing, the TOT experience and metacognition are reframed as affective phenomena and the accuracy of the traditional interpretation of metacognition as a cognitive-intellectual monitoring system is put into question. Finally, the article discusses possible contributions the TOT phenomenon and the feeling-of-knowing might offer to educational practices and processes. RESUMENLa sensación de tener una palabra 'en la punta de la lengua' se conoce como fenómeno PDL y es una experiencia inherentemente psicológica que surge de un esfuerzo cognitivo fallido al tratar de encontrar la palabra adecuada para expresar un pensamiento concreto. Desde una perspectiva vygotskiana, esto puede comprenderse como una relación dinámica entre procesos psicológicos que evolucionan a través del tiempo, especialmente entre el pensamiento y lenguaje, ya que dichas funciones se cruzan y luego se bifurcan -incluso llegando a alinearse en paralelo -en el transcurso del desarrollo microgenético.

With the development of society, the rapidly developing social environment has played a significant role in the particular group of college students. College students will inevitably suffer setbacks and psychological obstacles in their studies and daily life. This work aims to ameliorate college students’ various mental illnesses caused by anxiety and confusion during the critical period of status transformation. Educational psychology theory, aesthetic theory, and poetry appreciation are applied to the mental health education of college students to obtain a satisfying psychological healing effect. First, this work summarizes the connotation and characteristics of college student’s mental health and defines educational psychology. Secondly, the long tradition of Chinese poetry teaching is introduced. Besides, the theoretical basis of poetry therapy and aesthetic psychology is expounded, and foreign poetry is discussed. In addition, poetry appreciation is used to promote personality shaping and psychological healing of college students based on the theory of educational psychology and poetry appreciation psychotherapy. In addition, mental health education for college students is studied from the perspectives of psychological health, mental health education, college students’ mental health education, and appreciation of ancient poetry. In addition, the principle and significance of college students’ mental health education are discussed from the perspective of poetry appreciation. Finally, an experimental study is conducted on college students and patients in a specific hospital department by issuing questionnaires to verify the practical application effect of this method in psychotherapy. The survey results indicate that the scores of college students who have completed a one-semester poetry appreciation course in different dimensions of mental disorders are lower than those of those who have not completed the course. At the same time, in the scores of 16 personality traits, the positive trait scores of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group. Comparing scores before and after class also reflects the positive effect of poetry appreciation intervention on college students’ personality shaping. It can be concluded that poetry appreciation has a strong effect on promoting college students’ mental health and personality shaping and improving college students’ psychological problems.

With the development of e-commerce platforms, online shopping has brought many conveniences and benefits to consumers, and more and more consumers have joined the ranks of online consumption. Large-scale e-commerce and frequent merchant promotions have stimulated consumption, causing transaction records to be constantly updated. At the same time, there are many uncertainties in online shopping, leading to very subtle and complex changes in consumer psychology, making consumers aware of risks. This article studies the application of mental accounts of behavioral finance in the Internet economy, analyzes the influence of the characteristics of mental accounts on the Internet economy, and then explains the application of mental accounts of behavioral finance in the Internet economy through experiments. The experimental results show that the allocation of funds to different mental accounts is different, so Internet products can be positioned based on mental accounts.
