Talent is a special potential that exists in every child, including children in the slow learner category. It takes efforts from various parties to develop a talent from slow learner students, one of which is Youth Organizations. The purpose of this study was to analyse the role of the Village Youth Organization in developing students' talents in the slow learner category. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach, with an exploratory descriptive design. The research subjects included slow learner students, teachers, and members of Youth Organizations. Data collection techniques are using observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that the types of talents possessed by slow learners include football, painting, and singing. The role of Youth Organizations in efforts to develop the talents of slow learner children is to facilitate every activity that is needed to develop children's potential such as empowering soccer, volleyball activities, holding painting competitions, and calling to prayer competitions. The conclusion in this study is that most of the talents of slow learner children are in sports, where developing their talents is facilitated by holding several competitions and forming a sports team.

The development of science which is reflected by the paradigm shift and the scientific revolution must be able to find new ideas more progressively. This study is motivated by the significance of a paradigm shift in the development of science through discoveries that are useful for the needs of human life. This study aims to explain Thomas Kuhn’s epistemological views of the scientific revolutions which have become important issues in his thinking and their implications for society’s perspective on conflict paradigms. This article uses a qualitative method to describe Thomas Kuhn’s scientific revolution affects social change in society. This study is classified as library research with the individual life history approach. This article shows that Kuhn’s thought has been implicated significantly in all scientific disciplines, including the conflict resolution paradigm. Kuhn’s thoughts can change the community’s perspective or paradigm of conflict resolution models from a security and law approach to local wisdom. In addition, Kuhn’s thoughts have changed the meaning of peace, namely from negative peace to positive peace in people’s lives. This study concluded that one of the important contributions of Kuhn’s thinking of the paradigm shift and scientific revolution is the development of conflict resolution and religious peacebuilding in society.

<p>Differences are a necessity that humans cannot deny, including differences in matters of belief and religion. Humans living side by side in a community should be able to create a harmonious, safe and peaceful life. However, harmonious relations between religious adherents are often disrupted for various reasons. Religious people, who should respect and care for one another, are often provoked so that differences, which should be understood as a necessity and a gift, sometimes fuel divisions. By using Library Studies, this study explores sources that can be used as arguments for religious people to respect each other and create peace, especially in Islamic mystical teachings. It can be concluded that peace and harmony are the hope of everyone, including those living in a country. Differences should not be used as an excuse to criticize each other and eradicate the existence of different groups; this research found that people must complement each other and realize the importance of maintaining unity, maintaining relationships in interacting and living together among religious communities. <strong></strong></p>
