Front Cover: Multiplexed Delivery of Synthetic (Un)Conjugatable Ubiquitin and SUMO2 Enables Simultaneous Monitoring of Their Localization and Function in Live Cells (ChemBioChem 11/2022)

Abstract: Multiplexing protein delivery: The cover illustrates the simultaneous delivery of up to four different synthetic proteins to live cells. This allowed us to study the differences in their localization and cellular functions during stress. This method is particularly useful for comparing uniquely modified proteins with organic fluorescent dyes. More information can be found in the Research Article by A. Brik et al.
