Purpose: This study empirically investigates the effect of big data analytics (BDA) on project success (PS). Additionally, in this study, the investigation includes an examination of how intellectual capital (IC) and (KS) act as mediators in the correlation between BDA and KS. Lastly, a connection between entrepreneurial leadership (EL) and BDA is also explored. Design/Methodology- Using a sample of 422 senior-level employees from the IT sector in Peru. The partial least squares structural equation modeling technique tested the hypothesized relationships. Findings- According to the findings, the relationship between BDA and PS is mediated by structural capital (SC) and relational capital (RC), and BDA demonstrates a positive and noteworthy correlation with PS. Furthermore, EL is positively associated with BDA in a significant manner. Practical implications- The finding of this study reinforce the corporate experience of BDA and suggest how senior levels of the IT sector can promote SC, RC, and EL. Originality/Value- This study is one of the first to consider big data analytics as an important antecedent of project success. With little or no research on the interrelationship of big data analytics, intellectual capital and knowledge sharing the study contributes by investigating the mediating role of intellectual capital and knowledge sharing on the relationship between big data analytics and project success.

Purpose: To determine the influence of ethical leadership and sustainable leadership on sustainable performance in medium-sized companies. In addition, this research evaluates the moderating role of gender in this relationship. Design/Methodology/Approach: Data from medium-sized companies in Guayaquil, Quito, Manabí, El Oro, and Azuay in Ecuador were used. Using structural equation modeling, the influence of ethical and sustainable leadership on sustainable performance and the moderating role of gender were analyzed. Findings: The results show that ethical leadership has a significant negative influence on sustainable performance and sustainable leadership has a significant positive influence on sustainable performance. Additionally, the moderation of gender in the relationship between sustainable leadership and sustainable performance is verified. Practical implications: This study proposes a new model considering three constructs: ethical leadership, sustainable leadership and sustainable performance, which will serve for future research on these topics. Originality/value: With these findings, new knowledge is contributed to both the scientific community and business management.

In the rapidly evolving digital environment, organizations face increasing pressure to adapt to technological advancements while ensuring long-term sustainability. This study was motivated by the critical need to understand how human resource (HR) leadership can effectively foster digital skills development to drive economic sustainable development. Recognizing that digital competencies are now essential for organizational resilience and competitiveness, this research explores the interplay between HR leadership, digital skills acquisition, and economic sustainable development. This study employed the SERVQUAL tool to assess gaps between employee expectations and perceptions across key demographic variables, including age, education level, and employment status. Data collected from 476 participants across several European Union countries underscore the significant influence of demographic factors on these perceptions. The findings reveal a high alignment between employee expectations and perceptions, reflecting the importance of HR leadership in bridging the digital skills gap. Moreover, this study highlights the necessity of integrating HR leadership practices to ensure that digital transformation contributes not only to immediate organizational goals but also to long-term economic sustainable development. This research provides valuable insights into the role of HR leadership in navigating the challenges of the digital era, ultimately offering a framework for fostering a skilled, adaptable, and sustainably oriented workforce.
