Full-Term Pregnancy in a Non-communicating Rudimentary Horn: A Case Report

Abstract: Unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary horn is a rare anomaly of the female genital system resulting from inco mplete development of one of the müllerian ducts. It might end in grave obstetrical and gynecological complications in the absence of early diagnosis and proper management.
