Functional and aesthetic outcomes of no dissection nasal dorsum using sub dorsal Septal Excision in preservation rhinoplasty

Abstract: Background: Dorsal preservation (DP) caused privilege change in the concept of rhinoplasty and a promising superior functional and aesthetic transformation in rhinoplasty surgery.
