Functional and radiological evaluation of clavicular fractures managed by elastic nailing: A prospective study

Abstract: Background: Middle one third fractures of the clavicle bone comprise around 80% of all clavicle fractures. Nonsurgical methods have been practising for management of clavicle fracture, but with some problems like "non-union", "mal-union" and shoulder asymmetry.
