“…gossypii play important roles in neonicotinoid resistance, specific primers were used to amplify the fragments of selected UGTs and enhanced cyan fluorescence protein ( ECFP ) to synthesize dsRNA by using the T7 RiboMAX Express RNAi System (Promega, America) (Table S2). The RNAi experiment was performed according to a previous study: a 15% source solution containing ECFP dsRNA (as a control) or each UGT dsRNA at a final concentration of 150 ng μL –1 was sealed between two thin pieces of Parafilm in a feeding arena .
