Functional Crown Lengthening with Osteotomy in Anterior Teeth as a Prevention Against Restoration Failure: A Case Report

Abstract: Background: Teeth with inadequate clinical crowns lead to failure in restorative treatment. This condition complicates the tooth isolation in root canal treatment and results in minimal retention.
