Decapoda (Table ) have two anatomical conformations of the testis: either a tubular type, for example, Anomura, Brachyura, and Astacidea (Rudolph, ; Rudolph et al, ; Simeó et al, ; Subramoniam, ), or a lobed, mostly found in Achelata, Penaeidae, and Caridea (Diaz et al, ; Fransozo et al, ; Pillai et al, ; Poljaroen et al, ; Tripathi & Pandey, ).
