Abstract:Growth of sporadic Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma (CMM) depends on the combination of the mean tumoral cell cycle time, the growth fraction and the kinesis of the apoptotic programmed cell death. A series of pro-apoptotic and anti-apoptotic regulators have been identified.
