Fundamental origin of nuclear tuning effects

Abstract: Abstract.Relations in values of stable nuclear energy intervals and their coincidence with a half of nucleon ∆-excitation and electromagnetic mass splitting of nucleon, pion and leptons are considered as a common tuning effect in nuclear data and particle masses.
