Abstract:The lithium abundance of KIC 11395018 and KIC 10920273 are not compatible with their age, which is deduced by asteroseismology. To explain this phenomenon, we investigate the possible evolutionary status and perform seismological analysis of the three stars KIC 11395018, KIC 10273246 and KIC 10920273. Using the Yale Rotating Stellar Evolution Code (YREC), we constructed a grid of evolutionary tracks with different input physics and rotation rates. In addition to the conventional observed properties, we added t… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
