Fungal Community Composition and Diversity Vary With Soil Horizons in a Subtropical Forest

Abstract: Soil fungal communities, which drive many ecosystem processes, vary across soil horizons. However, how fungal communities are influenced by soil horizon layers remains largely unstudied.
