Abstract: The 5-fluoroalkyl-1,2,3-triazoles, serving as a pivotal element in medicinal chemistry, hold substantial research significance. In this work, we developed a furan dearomatization reaction for the synthesis of various 5-fluoroalkyl-1,2,3-triazoles, which contains −CF 3 , −CF 2 H, −CF 2 CF 3 , −CF 2 CF 2 CF 3 , −CF 2 CO 2 Et, and −C 6 F 5 .
