Future of Salutogenic Approach to Prevention of Burnout Syndrome in Russian Physicians

Abstract: Since the onset of the first studies of burnout syndrome in various contingents and professions, as a rule, negative clinical predictors and consequences of this syndrome have been in focus: stress, anxiety, depression, aggressiveness, suicidal behavior.
