The purpose is to enrich the evaluation system of physical education (PE) teaching in colleges and universities and to improve PE teaching methods and improve teaching quality. Based on big data information fusion and data mining technology, firstly, the related theories of teaching evaluation are analyzed and expounded, as well as the characteristics and principles of the construction of college PE teaching evaluation system. Secondly, from the perspective of evaluation index system of sports teachers’ teaching and students’ sports teaching, the content and evaluation index of college sports teaching evaluation are analyzed under the background of big data information fusion and data mining by questionnaire survey. Combined with model test, the results show that traditional college sports teacher pays more attention to the design and teaching methods of PE and ignore the learning process of students. The evaluation process of PE ignores the individual differences of students, the feedback method lacks openness, and the evaluation process is isolated. Based on the big data technology and teaching evaluation theory, the evaluation index is designed for PE teaching in colleges and universities. The average value of the first layer indexes is above 4, and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.2, which can basically reflect the content of PE teaching evaluation and provide some reference for the research of PE teaching evaluation.

Entrepreneurship education has become an important component of higher education development. The purpose of this study is to evaluate entrepreneurship education and determine the extent of satisfaction with the education program. Firstly, based on the CIPP model, this article theoretically analyzes the factors affecting the quality of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and clarifies the keys to improve that education quality. On this basis, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method, the evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation model of entrepreneurial education are established. The results show that student participation is the most important factor affecting the quality of entrepreneurship education. Empirical analysis indicates that students have the highest satisfaction with teachers and the lowest satisfaction with the entrepreneurial environment. Apart from convenient and effective measurement of entrepreneurship education, the proposed model provides an important reference for improving the quality of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

The mining of big data provides new ideas, methods, and technical support for the evaluation of college teachers’ teaching ability. Existing studies generally over-emphasize outcome evaluations and the evaluation methods are not scientific or objective enough, thus the evaluation results are often trapped in large errors and single pattern of manifestation. To overcome such defects, this paper took college English teaching as an example to develop a diagnosis model for college teachers’ teaching ability based on big data and evaluate its feasibility. At first, the evaluation indexes of college teachers' teaching ability were determined and the entropy weight method was adopted to assign weight values to the evaluation indexes. Then, based on the Gradient Boosted Decision Tree (GBDT), the diagnosis model was constructed and the steps were detailed. After that, an improved Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm was adopted to optimize the proposed model. At last, experimental results proved the feasibility of the proposed diagnosis model.
