“…A study of the working conditions of workers of locomotive crews is organized and the production risk factors leading to the appearance and development of occupational diseases, as well as provoking other classes of diseases due to the individual characteristics of the organism, are determined. Risk factors should be grouped taking into account the MSHFDR recommendation, within the framework of which methods for the synthesis of decision rules for assessing health status by the group of ergonomic, [10,[19][20][21] environmental [12,13] and individual [11,22] risk factors have been developed and tested. Separately, the methods of synthesis of decision rules for hazardous industrial substances [13,18,23] and electromagnetic radiation [10,14,23] have been tested quite well, depending on the intensity and time of exposure.…”
