Abstract: The isoxazolines are a series of antiparasitic substances containing a modified isoxazoline ring system. They are typified by fluralaner, afoxolaner, sarolaner and lotilaner and are most often formulated as chewable tablets for the control of fleas and ticks on companion animals.
